I grew up in a small town in the province of Benevento, but I’ve always had the mindset and heart of a global citizen. Since childhood, curiosity and the desire to explore new opportunities have driven me beyond every boundary, turning my passion for digital technology into a career built on innovation and entrepreneurial growth.
Today, I am the Co-Founder and CEO of Webidoo SpA, a tech company that designs and develops AI-powered technology products for SMBs, Medium Businesses, and Large Enterprises. Our goal is simple: to blaze new trails and guide businesses through digital evolution, equipping them with innovative tools to scale their operations and compete in an increasingly connected and complex world
MY JOURNEY: INNOVATION AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
My digital journey started early. At 19, I worked in the telecommunications sector, connecting people to the internet when modems still produced a distorted symphony of sounds. Since then, I have never stopped creating connections—not only digital but also strategic—helping businesses evolve through technology.
After holding key positions such as Commercial Director at Campaniacom SpA and Operations Director for the 3G SpA Group, I had the opportunity to lead projects for major companies like Eni, Wind-Infostrada, Enel, TIM, and Vodafone. However, my true calling has always been something else: driving innovation and making technology the engine of business evolution.
So, in 2017, together with Daniel Rota and Egidio Murru, I founded Webidoo with a clear vision: to develop AI-powered solutions capable of transforming how companies embrace digital and accelerating their growth. Today, Webidoo is an internationally expanding company offering cutting-edge products like Jooice, an AI-driven platform that automates digital marketing and enables businesses to evolve easily.
MY APPROACH TO LEADERSHIP
I thrive on challenges and ambitious projects. Digital evolution is not just about technology but also about vision and mindset. My goal is not merely to develop new products but to create an ecosystem where businesses can continuously evolve, innovate, and grow without limits.
I consider myself an inclusive and motivational leader, because I know that a company's success depends on the people behind it. Every day, I work with my team to make a tangible impact and drive Webidoo toward new milestones. Being pioneers of change means embracing the unknown, turning challenges into opportunities, and making digital transformation a strategic ally.
